Shelby E. is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources & Benefits Coordinator for the City of Grapevine since September 2024. Shelby has a diverse background in human resources, previously holding positions as a Human Resources Specialist and Generalist for the City of Keller from August 2022 to September 2024, and interning in the Human Resources department at the City of Grapevine earlier in 2022. Prior to entering the public sector, Shelby gained customer service experience as a Banquet Server with The Bowden Events & Weddings, a Head Server at The Londoner, and an Associate/Assistant Baker at Buttermilk Sky Pie Franchise. Additionally, Shelby worked as an Inventory Analyst/Order Puller at Smart Parts Crafts. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Arkansas State University, Shelby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College.
