Sylvia Tarman

Sylvia Tarman is an experienced project manager and administrator with a strong background in community development and engineering projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager and CDBG Administrator for the City of Great Falls since October 2022, Sylvia has previously held roles as Project Administrator at Welch Comer Engineers, Segregation and Mapping Technician at Spokane County, Community Manager at Ponderosa Community Management, and Project Coordinator at H2E, Incorporated. Sylvia began a significant career as a Research Archaeologist at Historical Research Associates, Inc. from August 2010 to August 2019. Sylvia holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Montana, earned between 2005 and 2008.
