Phil Melling

Phil Melling has extensive experience in local government roles, including serving as Director of Development & Community Services as well as Director of Development & Regulatory Services and Director of Sustainable Communities at the City of Greater Geraldton from July 2007 until retirement in August 2024. Responsibilities included overseeing various teams focused on community and cultural services, libraries, heritage, health and ranger services, urban and regional development, and economic and tourism initiatives. Phil Melling holds a degree from Curtin University, completed between 1981 and 1986.
