Adam Prior, P.E. has a diverse background in engineering and project management. Adam has served as Chief Engineer for the City of Greeley since 2016, where they oversee major capital improvement projects and engineering studies. Prior to that, they worked as a Water & Recycling Specialist at Noble Energy from 2012 to 2015, focusing on water recycling and supply systems. Prior also has experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Clear Water Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to 2012, specializing in water treatment and supply. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer at Aqua Engineering, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, focusing on canal systems and raw water systems. Earlier in their career, Prior served as a Small Project Manager at Colorado State University and gained practical construction experience as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Worker at CAS Construction LLC.
Adam Prior, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Doane University from 1999 to 2003. Adam then pursued further education at Colorado State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from 2003 to 2005. Adam also earned their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, studying from 2008 to 2010.
