Erik Dial has extensive work experience in the public sector, specifically in utility finance and management. Erik started their career in 2000 as a Water Resources Coordinator at the City of Peoria, where they worked until 2004. Erik then became a Sr. Management Analyst at the same company from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, Erik joined the City of Greeley as a Utility Finance and Business Manager for Greeley Water and Sewer. Erik was responsible for overseeing the rate development process and developing budgets exceeding $100 million. Currently, Erik holds the position of Deputy Director of Utility Finance and Customer Service at the City of Greeley.
Erik Dial completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry at Northern Arizona University from 1993 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, where they studied from 1998 to 2000.
