Rhonda Welch is a seasoned Festival & Special Events Coordinator for the City of Greeley Culture, Parks, and Recreation Department, with over 30 years of experience. Since January 1991, Rhonda has successfully coordinated major city festivals, including Neighborhood Nights, the Arts Picnic, and the Festival of Trees, which encompasses multiple special events supporting local organizations. Prior to this role, Rhonda served as Volunteer Coordinator, Theater House Manager, and Special Events Coordinator at the Union Colony Civic Center from June 1988 to January 1991. Rhonda's educational background includes attendance at Sterling High School, Northeastern Junior College, and Aims Community College.
