Melanie Falk, PHR, currently serves as the HR Operations Manager for the City of Green Bay, a position held since January 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the Human Resources Department, developing HR programs, and assisting with labor relations. Previously, Melanie held the role of Sr. Human Resources Analyst within the same department from January 2004 to December 2010, focusing on recruitment, investigations, and contract administration. Earlier experience includes similar analyst positions with the City and County Human Resources Department and the Brown County Human Resources Department. An initial career in staffing began with a role as Sales Supervisor at Remedy Intelligent Staffing and as a Human Resources Assistant at Home Insurance Company. Melanie holds a Communications Certificate from the Trans American School of Broadcasting in Wausau, WI.
