Thomas J. Walenski Sr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as Procurement Manager for the City of Green Bay since December 2021, Thomas also operates as a Supply Chain Management Consultant through Purchasing System Advantage LLC, offering expertise in purchasing management, project management, and risk mitigation. As an Adjunct Professor at the College of Menominee Nation, Thomas focuses on teaching project management and organizational strategy. Previous roles include Strategic Buyer at Pioneer Metal Finishing, Purchasing role at the Oneida Tribe of Indians Of Wisconsin Government, and Purchasing Manager at Menominee Tribal Enterprises.
