Toni Loch

Toni Loch is an experienced professional in community support and leadership, currently serving as a Neighborhood Support Specialist for the City of Green Bay since May 2023 and as the Director of Business and Development for the Salvation Army since February 2022. Toni has a strong background in executive leadership, having held the position of Executive Director at the Family Justice Center of Washington County from December 2017 to February 2022 and at the Howe Community Resource Center from August 2009 to February 2022. Prior roles include President/CEO of Brown County United Way from 2000 to 2006 and Executive Director of the Family Violence Center - Golden House from 1989 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and training in Life Coaching and Leadership from The Coaches Training Institute. Toni's diverse experience encompasses crisis management, women's leadership coaching, and community impact initiatives.
