William Peters possesses extensive experience in neighborhood development and community engagement, currently serving as the Neighborhood Development Specialist for the City of Green Bay since April 2017. In this role, William oversees the Neighborhood Association Program and manages the allocation of HUD Community Development Block Grant and other funding initiatives. Previously, William worked as a Neighborhood Support Specialist, providing leadership and organizational support to resident leaders and neighborhood associations. Additionally, William contributed to the Green Bay Neighborhood Leadership Council and served as an Employment Consultant at Clarity Care, Inc., assisting individuals facing employment barriers. William's leadership experience is further complemented by a background in operations management as General Manager of Liberty Cafe. William holds an educational credential from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
