David Woodland

David Woodland possesses extensive experience in Information Technology management and consulting, currently serving as IT Manager for the City of Green River since December 2023. Previous roles include IT Consultant at Solvay from June to December 2023 and IT Manager at Genesis Alkali from July 2017 to March 2023, as well as similar managerial positions at Tronox and FMC. David began a career in IT as a Senior Systems Administrator at Access Development, supervising and training junior personnel, and initially worked as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Packard Bell, managing various customer support services. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
