Elijah Williams

Elijah Williams, P.E. has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water reclamation and utility design. Currently serving as the Water Reclamation Division Manager for the City of Greensboro since October 2014, Elijah oversees capital and operations and maintenance projects while providing technical support to the Operations and Maintenance division. Prior to this role, Elijah worked as a Utility Design Engineer for the City of Greensboro from June 2005 to October 2014, and as a Utilities Engineer at the Orange Water and Sewer Authority from December 1998 to June 2005, where project management of water and sewer capital improvement projects was a key responsibility. Elijah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, earned in 1996.
