Brian Michel is a Fire Lieutenant, Paramedic, and AEMT Instructor-Coordinator at the City of Griffin since January 2008. Brian also worked as a Paramedic at Wellstar Health System from October 2019 to December 2021, and as a Field Supervisor at Community Ambulance from June 2011 to October 2019. Before transitioning to EMS roles, Brian served as an Emergency Dispatcher at Pike County Sheriff's Dept from December 2005 to January 2008. Brian holds certificates in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) and Paramedicine, as well as a diploma in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist. Brian graduated from Griffin High School in 2004.
