Truman L. Tinsley.

Truman L. Tinsley, MBA, has extensive experience in aviation and public service. Currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Griffin-Spalding Area Transportation Committee and as a Commissioner for the City of Griffin, Truman also holds a board member position with the Griffin-Spalding Airport Authority. Additionally, Truman has been a Designated Aircraft Dispatch Examiner for the FAA since July 2012, responsible for issuing aircraft dispatcher certificates. Previous roles include serving on the Spalding County Board of Equalization and having a long tenure with Delta Air Lines, where Truman held various leadership positions, including Duty Director and Operations Customer Center International System Operations Manager. Truman earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA in Business and Human Resources from Columbia Southern University.
