Mark Stump, P.E., currently serves as a Right-of-Way Inspector for the City of Grove City since August 2021. Prior to this, Mark Stump enjoyed a long tenure at the Ohio EPA, retiring in April 2020 after serving as a Water Quality Engineer since June 1986. Mark Stump earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University, completing the degree between 1981 and 1985.
