Bryan Millard is an experienced law enforcement professional and educator, currently serving as a Part-Time Faculty member in the Administration of Justice at Allan Hancock College since July 2023 and as a Police Commander for the City of Grover Beach since October 2020. Previous roles include Chief of Police at Cuesta College and Part-Time Faculty in Law Enforcement Training at Allan Hancock College. Millard has an extensive background in policing, having held various positions including Police Commander, Sergeant, Corporal, and Officer with the Morro Bay Police Department from 2000 to 2016. Academically, Millard holds a Master of Public Administration from Cal State University Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from UC Santa Barbara, along with completion of the CA POST Command College.
