Jayne Holmes

Jayne Holmes, P.Eng, PMP, LEED AP BDC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Deputy CAO for Infrastructure, Development & Enterprise Services at the City of Guelph, Jayne has held key roles including Acting Commissioner of Public Works & Engineering and Director of Capital Works at the City of Brampton, as well as Manager of Facilities Planning and Development and Sr. Project Manager at the City of Mississauga. Previous experience includes the position of Sr. Project Engineer at the City of Toronto and Project Manager at PCL Construction. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
