Jennifer Slater

Jennifer Slater is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information management and privacy, currently serving as the Manager of Information, Privacy and Elections and Deputy City Clerk for the City of Guelph since November 2012. Prior roles include Program Manager, Records and Information Specialist, and Election Project Coordinator within the same organization. Previous positions include Information Management Intern at IT Source, Ministry of Government Services, and the Ministry of the Attorney General, as well as an Archives Assistant at The Henri J.M. Nouwen Archives. Jennifer also gained experience as a Reference and Retrieval Intern at the Archives of Ontario and a Records Management Intern at Hudson's Bay Company. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Information in Archives and Records Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Guelph.
