Krista Walkey

Krista Walkey is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as the General Manager of Planning and Building Services and Chief Planner for the City of Guelph since June 2020. Prior to this role, Krista held the position of Manager of Development Services at the City of Brampton from April 2018 to June 2020. Krista's previous experience includes serving as Planning Team Lead at Stantec from February 2011 to April 2018 and working as a Planner for the City of Waterloo from July 1997 to February 2011. Krista's educational background includes studies at The University of British Columbia and participation in Leadership Waterloo Region.
