Obinna Emeadi

Obinna Emeadi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop support and information technology. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst for the City of Guelph since December 2013, Obinna’s responsibilities include managing ticketing systems, troubleshooting Cisco phone systems, imaging devices, and administering user accounts in Active Directory. Previous roles include Information Technology Technician at Hydro One, where responsibilities involved desktop support and software management, and IT Service Desk Representative at Research In Motion with a focus on VPN and incident management. Obinna has also held technical roles at Bell Mobility, Brink's, and IBM Canada Ltd., and has significant experience in user support, system configuration, and network administration. Certified in CCNA, MCP, ITIL V3, and A+, Obinna holds a degree in Wireless Telecommunications from Humber College and a B.Eng in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
