Shweta Sharma

Shweta Sharma holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Compensation Coordinator at the City of Guelph since September 2021, Shweta also has served as a Payroll and Benefits Associate. Previously, Shweta worked at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as a Human Resources Assistant and Coordinator of Volunteer Resources, where responsibilities included onboarding documentation, volunteer recruitment, and administrative support for HR functions. Additional experience includes roles at Canada Revenue Agency as a Taxpayer Services Agent and at CIBC as a Financial Services Representative. Shweta possesses multiple certifications, including the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP), complemented by post-graduate certifications in Human Resource Management and Financial Planning Services.
