Tobi Waters

Tobi Waters, MMC, currently serves as the City Clerk for the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama, a position held since April 2010, with previous experience in the role of Assistant City Clerk. Prior to this, Tobi Waters worked as a Victim Service Officer for the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office from January 2006 to April 2010 and as an Executive Assistant at the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office from September 2003 to 2006. Tobi Waters began a career in finance as a Loan Counselor at PenAir Credit Union from January 1997 to 2003. Tobi Waters holds a Master Municipal Clerk Certification from The University of Alabama.
