John Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. John is currently the President of Kelly Resources, LLC, where they provide general business consulting services such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Strategic Planning, and Personnel Management. Prior to this, they served as the Former President of the Mississippi State Board of Education. John also has experience as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Gulfport, overseeing various aspects of city operations. Additionally, John held the position of Regional Director at Navy Region Southeast, responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar mental health and skills program across multiple military installations. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi.
