Nafi-Cfei Greg Marks Cfii

Greg Marks is an experienced fire service professional currently serving as a Fire Analyst at NEFCO Fire Investigations since June 2022 and as Deputy Fire Marshal for the City of Gulfport since July 2016. Marks has a distinguished background, having held leadership positions such as Fire Chief in the Air National Guard from October 1998 to September 2016 and Assistant Fire Chief with the State of Alabama Military Department from November 1989 to October 1998. Earlier in their career, Marks served as a Fire-Medic in the City of Leeds from September 1979 to 1990. Academically, Marks holds a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas Grantham, and two associate degrees—one in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from the Community College of the Air Force and another Associate of Arts from the University of Arkansas Grantham. Marks is also certified as a NAFI-CFEI and CFII.
