Soknirorn T. is a seasoned civil engineer and city manager with extensive experience in public works and engineering roles. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Gustine since March 2024, Soknirorn previously held the position of Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Los Banos from February 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included budget management and overseeing various utility operations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer at Valley Water, Acting Senior Engineer and Engineer for the City of Gilroy, and multiple engineering positions at Granite Construction. Soknirorn also has teaching experience, having served as a Math Teacher Assistant at San Jose State University and gained valuable insights during internships and research projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
