Latoya Arthur

LaToya Arthur currently serves as the Information Technology Manager for the City of Hampton, beginning in November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Information Technology Administrator at MillerClapperton from February 2020 to November 2024, Enterprise System Engineer at Tech Data from February 2019 to November 2019, and At Home Advisor-Support at Apple from June 2014 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, LaToya worked as a Hydraulics Mechanic in the United States Armed Forces from June 2010 to October 2012 and as a Sales Representative at AT&T from January 2008 to November 2010. LaToya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University (2023) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Network and System Administration from Westwood College-Northlake (2015).
