Gabriela Anderson-Sanchez

Gabriela Anderson-Sanchez is an accomplished operations manager and administrative professional with a diverse background in municipal government, outreach coordination, and non-profit support. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Hartford since July 2020, Gabriela provides essential administrative support, project management, and interdepartmental coordination. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Mayor, where responsibility encompassed confidential support to senior officials, and roles at Wheaton College Massachusetts and Justice At Work, focusing on community engagement and administrative duties. Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in International Relations and Hispanic Studies from Wheaton College, complemented by early leadership experience as a Youth Leader at the Blue Hills Civic Association.
