Joel Figueroa

Joel Figueroa is a highly experienced networking professional with an extensive background in network operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Network Operations Manager at the City of Hartford since January 2008, Joel Figueroa has been instrumental in establishing specifications and standards for networking infrastructure and providing strategic insight to the Director of Technical Services. Prior to this role, Joel Figueroa worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Data Action, Inc. from January 2003 to December 2007, where responsibilities included resolving complex technical issues and leading network design projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
