Kory Mills

Kory Mills is an experienced professional currently serving as the Business Intelligence and Analytics Coordinator, Assistant City Treasurer, Performance Manager, and Management Analyst at the City of Hartford since August 2016. Responsibilities include conducting budgetary, fiscal, and operations analysis while managing various departmental budgets such as Public Works, Health & Human Services, and Development Services. Prior to this, Kory held multiple roles including Acting Management Analyst and Management Analyst Full-Time Temp, and completed a Financial Analyst Internship. The educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History and International Studies with a Focus in Latin America from Central Connecticut State University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut.
