Tamika M Thurston

Tamika M Thurston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative operations, policy analysis, and program management, currently serving as the Administrative Operations Manager for the City of Hartford since August 2024. Previously, Tamika held positions at ICF as a Senior Policy and Practice Advisor and State/Territory Liaison, focusing on equity in the child welfare system.
