Terry Laughter

Terry Laughter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Finance Accountant for the City of Hartsville, South Carolina since May 2018, Terry previously held the position of Vice President for both St. Andrews Presbyterian College from June 2008 to 2017 and Sentry Bank & Trust from January 1991 to May 2008. Terry's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Andrews University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wingate University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Anson Community College.
