Sandy Jacobs serves as a City Commissioner for the City of Hays, KS since January 2019. Previously, Sandy held the position of Executive Director at Heartland Community Foundation and worked at Sunflower Bank from June 1990 to October 2015 as Executive Vice President for Regional Banking.
