Cheryl Vance is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits and wellness programs. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst II at the City of Hayward since March 2017, Cheryl has effectively conducted new hire orientations and managed employee benefit enrollments with CalPERS and other carriers.
