Elizabeth Sanchez has over three decades of experience in customer service and management within the public sector and retail industry. Currently serving as a Management Analyst II at the City of Hayward since March 1992, Elizabeth has held various positions including Senior Customer Account Clerk and Customer Account Clerk. Prior to joining the City of Hayward, Elizabeth worked at Mervyn's Corporate Offices in customer service from October 1989 to March 1992. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Real Estate from Chabot College and a high school diploma from Mt Eden High School, with further studies at San Francisco State University.
