Nargiz Karimova

Nargiz Karimova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Technician for the City of Hayward since October 2012. Previously, Nargiz worked as a Senior Assistant to the EEO Officer at the OSCE from 2005 to 2008. Nargiz holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Management from California State University - East Bay, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2004.
