Pam Miller Csi, Cdt

Pam Miller, CSI, CDT, currently serves as a Senior Building Inspector and Plans Examiner for the City of Healdsburg since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pam was a Building and Code Enforcement Inspector and Residential Plans Examiner at 4LEAF, Inc. from January 2017 to October 2022. Pam's extensive experience in the construction industry began with Alchemy Consulting, which Pam owned from 1987 to 2022, offering professional construction consulting services, including project management and forensic services for residential building failures. Pam co-owned the Adaptive Remodeling Center from October 2011 to May 2015, specializing in universal design and accessible home modifications. Earlier career experience includes ownership of Alchemy Construction and Consulting, focusing on remodeling and alterations, as well as work as a woodworker and union carpenter at Local 35 from 1977 to 1987. Pam holds educational credentials from the California Department of Industrial Relations, Santa Rosa Junior College, and various continuing education certifications.
