Terra S. is an experienced professional in water conservation, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability, currently serving as a Utility Conservation Analyst for the City of Healdsburg since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Specialist and Associate Program Manager at CLEAResult, where Terra supported Strategic Energy Management programs, and Energy Services Project Manager for the City of Fort Collins, managing award-winning projects focused on energy efficiency and low-to-moderate income renters.
