Dr. Sherrie Johnston has extensive experience in various roles within emergency services and mental health support, currently serving as the Lead Emergency Services Telecommunicator for the City of Helena, Montana, since October 2017. Previous positions include Case Manager at Florence Crittenton Montana, Mental Health Worker at Pacific Clinics, Program Lead at MCCS, and Lead Teacher at MCCS. Dr. Johnston's educational background encompasses a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, alongside multiple master’s degrees in related fields from Walden University and Ashford University, in addition to an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education. Dr. Johnston’s expertise spans emergency communication, case management, clinical intervention, and educational support, reflecting a strong commitment to service and professional development.
