Greg Lloyd, BA, CFO, EMT-P has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Greg began their career with the City of San Diego as a Fire Captain, where they served for 18 years. Following their time with the City of San Diego, Greg joined The Rock Church as a Pastor and Leadership Development Director, focusing on discipleship courses for church members and providing training on conflict resolution and communication. After five years with The Rock Church, Greg joined Capstone Fire & Safety Management as a Captain, a role they held until 2020. Currently, Greg serves as the Battalion Chief and Interim Deputy Fire Marshal for the City of Hemet. In addition to their firefighting career, Greg is involved in the California State Firefighters' Association, where they serve as the Southern Director.

Greg Lloyd, BA, CFO, EMT-P, has a diverse education history. In 2000, they began their studies at San Diego Miramar College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting. Greg completed this program in 2002.

In 2018, Greg enrolled at Ashford University, where they focused on Homeland Security & Emergency Management. Greg successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in this field in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Greg has also obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. Greg earned their Paramedic certification from the State of California-Emergency Medical Services Authority in January 2020. Greg also holds various certifications from the California State Fire Marshall, including Fire Officer Certification (obtained in September 2003), Chief Officer Certification (obtained in November 2020), Instructor 1 Certification (obtained in July 2020), and Instructor II Certification (obtained in November 2021). Furthermore, they received the Teacher Of Adult Education - Basic And General certification from the Ventura County Office of Education in September 2019.

City of Hemet

Hemet is a city located in the San Jacinto Valley in Riverside County, California, United States. It covers a total area of 27.1 square miles (70 km2), about half of the valley, which it shares with the neighboring city of San Jacinto. In 2007 the city's population was estimated to be 74,185 according to the California Department of Finance. Hemet was founded in 1887, predating the formation of Riverside County, and was incorporated on January 20, 1910. The formation of Lake Hemet helped the city grow and prosper, and stimulated agriculture in the area. The city is known for being the home of "The Ramona Pageant", California's official outdoor play. Started in 1923, the play is one of the longest running outdoor plays in the United States. Hemet has been named a Tree City USA for 20 years by the Arbor Day Foundation for its dedication to the local forest. The city is home to the Hemet Valley Medical Center, a 320-bed general hospital.[
