Troy Westover

Troy Westover currently serves as the Facilities Manager for the City of Henderson, a position held since February 2014. In addition, Troy Westover has been employed as a Construction Manager at Jacobs Engineering since 2011. Troy Westover earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, where studies were completed between 1985 and 1988.
