James Heatherly

James Heatherly is the Information Technology Manager at the City of Hendersonville. James previously worked as a GIS Intern at the Metropolitan Sewerage District of Buncombe County. James holds a BA in GIS and Cartography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as several associate's degrees and diplomas in computer and networking technology from Blue Ridge Community College.
