Jonathan Bowers, PE, is currently working as the Engineer of Public Utilities and City Engineer at the City of Herriman. Prior to this, Jonathan held various engineering positions at Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying and Psomas. Jonathan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah.
