Cal Overby Mpa

Cal Overby, MPA, AICP, currently serves as the Principal Planner for the City of Hickory, a position held since December 2003. Prior to this role, Cal Overby worked as a Senior Planner for Caldwell County Government from 2001 to 2003. Cal Overby holds a Master of Public Administration from Appalachian State University, earned between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, obtained from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Cal Overby completed an Associate of Arts in College Transfer at Vance-Granville Community College from 1994 to 1997.
