Ghida S. Neukirch

Ghida Neukirch has a strong background in municipal government, with significant experience as both a City Manager and Deputy City Manager. Before their current role at the City of Highland Park, Ghida served as Deputy Village Manager at the Village of Buffalo Grove. Ghida also has experience as the Past President of ILCMA and as an Assistant Village Manager at the Village of Niles. Ghida holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Urban Management from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
