Marianne Evangelista has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of laboratory operations and water treatment. Marianne started their career in 2000 as a Lab Supervisor at TestAmerica and then worked as a Research Assistant at Praxair in 2002. Marianne continued their career as a Med Tech I at Laboratory Corporation Of America from 2002 to 2003. Marianne then joined the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Microbiologist I from 2004 to 2005. Marianne also worked as a Lab Supervisor at Suburban Laboratories, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Since 2007, they have been employed by the City of Highland Park, where they first served as a Chemist and then as a Lead Water Plant Operator. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the water plant. Marianne Evangelista has demonstrated a strong background in laboratory supervision and water treatment throughout their career.

From 1994 to 1999, Marianne Evangelista pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Illinois Chicago.
