Zach Whitney

Zach Whitney is an experienced lead lifeguard with a strong background in water safety and customer service. Currently serving as the Lead Lifeguard at the City of Hilliard, Ohio since July 2019, Zach is responsible for enforcing pool regulations, administering first aid, and performing rescues. Previous roles include a Convention Services Student Assistant at the Fawcett Center, where responsibilities involved room setups and meal service, and a Front Desk Attendant/Sales Assistant at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC, focusing on customer interactions and scheduling. Zach also gained experience as a Parks and Recreation Assistant at Whetstone Community Recreation Center, planning and leading recreational activities, and held multiple duties, including lifeguarding and front desk management, at Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Integrated Social Studies at The Ohio State University, Zach graduated with a high school diploma from Hilliard Davidson High School in 2022.
