Kerensa Pierce

Kerensa Pierce, CCP, PHR, is an accomplished Classification and Compensation Analyst with extensive experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently working for the City of Hillsboro since February 2018, Kerensa previously held positions at First Tech Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included advising on compensation matters and conducting market studies, and at MBL Group, LLC, performing compensation analysis and creating market assessments. Additional experience includes serving as a Compensation Analyst at Knowledge Universe United States, managing compensation inquiries for a large employee base, and various roles at Portland State University, where Kerensa contributed to HR processes and administration. Kerensa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Management from Portland State University.
