Barbara Armand

Barbara Armand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as a Pension Board Trustee for the Hollywood Employees' Retirement Fund since December 2021. Barbara has been with the City of Hollywood, Florida, since 1999, fulfilling roles as a Microcomputer Analyst II and Technical Systems Analyst. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University between 1993 and 1997 and also attended Florida State University from 1992 to 1993.
