Michael Pepper

Michael Pepper currently serves as the Park and Rec Manager for the City of Hoover, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Michael managed Hoover Met Stadium from January 2013 to August 2022, coordinating major events and developing revenue streams through various partnerships and sponsorships. Michael's earlier experience includes a role as a Waste Consultant at Advanced Disposal Services, where retention rates were maintained at 98%, and as Assistant General Manager for the Birmingham Barons, overseeing corporate marketing partnerships. Michael holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Mississippi State University.
