Steve McClinton

Steve McClinton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and community service. Currently serving as Managing Partner at gainSHARE, LLC since January 2023, Steve focuses on driving revenue growth for businesses. As Director of Development for Neighborhood Bridges (Alabama) since June 2023, Steve promotes kindness within the community. In addition, Steve has held the role of Arbitrator for FINRA since July 2021, ensuring independent and binding arbitration decisions. Serving as the Chair of the Education Committee for the City Council of Hoover since November 2020, Steve is dedicated to enhancing educational initiatives in a top-ranked city. Steve contributes as a board member to multiple organizations, including Hoover Helps, Destination Hoover International, and Birmingham Children's Theatre, demonstrating a strong commitment to community welfare and the arts. Steve's involvement with the Birmingham YMCA and x.labs complements a robust portfolio of community engagement. Steve's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Auburn University, earned from January 1989 to August 1992.
